What if we are not comfortable in front of the camera?
That’s completely normal! Would you believe that every second couple I’ve captured has told me they feel awkward in front of the camera?
That’s why I like to keep things relaxed and playful! As you enjoy your special day, I promise to make you feel as comfortable as possible.
I will offer direction when needed, but most of a wedding day is about telling the story of your love, so I’ll be a calm and unobtrusive presence as the both of you cherish and enjoy your day.
How do we book your photographer service?
I am honoured you are considering me to photograph your wedding day.
Send me an enquiry via the contact form below. I am taking photos of only a limited number of weddings per year, my dates fill up quickly.
To secure your date I require a 45% non-refundable booking fee and I will send you a contract to sign so you know what to expect from me.
How many photos will we receive?
Depending on your chosen wedding coverage and package, you will receive approximately 600+ carefully edited photos.
For engagement shoots, you will receive approximately 100 photos.
How long do we have to wait to receive our photos?
A couple of days after your wedding, you’ll receive 10 photos to give you a taste of what’s to expect in a full result and get you excited.
The processing time for the rest wedding photos is a maximum of 6 weeks.
I spend an average of 22+ hours editing and colour-correcting all of your final photos. I want to make sure every single one is pristine before I send them out to you. This is why delivery takes a little time.
If you’d like your images sooner, you can order a priority upgrade.
How will we receive our photos?
The pictures will be made available to you in an online gallery with a password. You can share this gallery with your guests via the link.
Do you photograph internationally?
Absolutely. If you’re considering a destination wedding, drop me a line and we can quickly chat to finalize the finer details. I’m a travel lover, so I am always very grateful for all the opportunities that have been enabling me to explore other parts of the world. I have already accompanied a number of weddings in Italy, Spain, Greece, Thailand and France. I will take care of all the arrangements leading up to your wedding, easing your stress and keeping costs as low as possible. Share your plans with me, and I will tailor an individual offer to suit your needs.
Can we also get the unedited photos or raw?
Unfortunately, no. I believe that a huge piece of the storytelling I work to create is done in post-processing! Without this step, your photos are incomplete art pieces. Raw or unedited images do not represent the work of a photographer. I only deliver edited photos in JPEG format in my typical colour style. I do my best to make sure I select the best photos for your memories.
Do you offer engagement or pre-wedding photo session?
Yes! It is a great opportunity that helps you get used to the camera. Upon request, I will include the pre-wedding or engagement session in your wedding package. Just let me know your wishes and I’ll be happy to send you a customised offer.
Do you offer wedding albums?
Yes. I receive a lot of enquiries about my albums. I offer one of the most beautiful luxury wedding albums.
I hold the belief that a wedding album is a timeless keepsake, destined to be cherished and passed down through generations within your family. The tactile experience of holding and feeling your album adds a dimension to the images that you simply cannot experience with digital copies. You are welcome to order a wedding album from me at any time.
In which languages do you work?
English, Russian, German and basic Spanish.
Will my photos appear on your social media or web site?
Potentially yes. I do not post all my clients. As photography is a visual product, people can only get an idea of what I offer if I share my work on my webpage. If you want exclusive picture rights and don’t want them to be featured on my webpage or social media, you can purchase an extra license for them.
Let’s be honest, you want to book my photography services because other client couples agreed to share the results of my work.
So, I own the copyright of my photos once you deliver them to me?
No. Under copyright law, all images remain the property of Inna Zaytseva Photography. As a customer, you get the right of use and you can freely use the images for your own social media channels, website and printing materials like photo albums for personal use. However, these images cannot be used for commercial purposes without written permission from the photographer.
Do you photograph same-sex weddings?
Yes! No matter how you define or identify your relationship, it is always a privilege for me to be a part of your wedding day as your wedding photographer.
Do you do analog photography too?
Sure, and I love film! This is actually how I started my path in photography back in the days.

Within 72 hours of your wedding, you’ll receive your preview photos to get you excited.
6-8 weeks later I will add your beautifully edited photos into online gallery.

Being able to touch and hold the finished product will bring your images to life in a way that you simply cannot experience with digital copies.
I provide luxury wedding albums. Handmade in Italy with archival quality paper and ink, those albums will stand the test of time.
Each image is individually selected to best tell your love story. A lot of care and attention is put into designing your albums and I work closely with the printing lab to ensure the best possible results.
They also make for an amazing gift to your parents.
